外墙外保温在工程中的应用

外墙外保温能有效切断外墙混凝土柱、梁等形成的冷热桥,露点在外墙外表面,有效防止外墙内表面冬季出现结露,防止墙面腐蚀或霉烂.     

掺纳米Al2O3的纳米ZrO2(4Y)固体电解质的电性能

以纳米ZrO2(4Y)粉和纳米Al2O3粉为原料, 单轴成型, 1 200, 1 300 ℃无压烧结. 对掺不同质量分数(0.0～5.0%)Al2O3的ZrO2(4Y)烧结体, 用XRD, SEM和TEM研究了相组成和微观结构. 在不同温度下(300～1 000 ℃)测试了交流阻抗谱, 发现掺很少量的纳米Al2O3可降低ZrO2(4Y)的晶粒电阻. 但随着Al2O3掺入量的增加, 晶界电阻增大, 晶粒电阻也有所回升. 晶粒和晶界电导活化能则随Al2O3掺入量的变化不大. 对1 200 ℃,2 h烧结样品, 在1 000 ℃时, 掺0.5% Al2O3的ZrO2(4Y)样品有最大电导率, 为3.8×10-2Ω-1·cm-1.     

Wear simulation of Si3N4 cutting tool material on a pin-on-disc tester

Si₃N₄-based ceramic cutting tools are used nowadays for machining cast iron, nickel-based alloys, etc. Austenitic stainless steel AISI 321 is one of the most difficult to cut materials. In order to investigate the wear behaviour of Si₃N₄ ceramic when cutting the stainless steel, wear tests are carried out on a pin-on-disc tribometer, which can simulate a realistic cutting process. The selected load range is from 58.8 N to 235.2 N, the speed range is from 0.8 m/s to 3.2 m/s. The test results show that the wear of Si₃N₄ ceramic increases with both load and speed and the wear of the ceramic is mainly caused by adhesion between the rubbing surfaces. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), electron probe microanalyser (EPMA) and energy dispersive X-ray analyser (EDXS) were used for examinations of the worn surfaces. The wear mechanisms of Si₃N₄ ceramic sliding against the stainless steel were discussed in detail.     

电化学溶解镁阳极制备纳米MgO粉体

该文以"牺牲"阳极溶解法在0.04mol／L(Bu4N)Br的乙醇和乙酰丙酮混合溶液中,电流强度控制在0.2A,电解镁片6h,制得纳米氧化物粉体MgO的前驱体Mg(OEt)2-x(acac)xo控制pH=8.0左右,将含有前驱体的电解液直接水解。水解产物经洗涤、干燥后于500℃煅烧2h,制得纳米MgOg粉体。采用红外(IR)、差热-热重分析(TG-DTA)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、电子透射技术(TEM)等手段对前驱体和纳米MgO进行了表征。结果表明:制备得到的纳米粉体呈单分散结构,平均粒径在12nm左右。用此种方法比较容易制得所需产物,是一种合成纳米氧化物的很有前途的方法。

Degree of crosslinking and mechanical properties of crosslinked poly(vinyl alcohol) beads for use in solid-phase organic synthesis

The limited swellability in polar media of the commonly used polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS-DVB) support materials for solid-phase organic synthesis has led to the development of novel, highly swellable hydrophilic gels designed for use in aqueous or polar media. Poly(vinyl alcohol) beads crosslinked with epichlorohydrin (PVA-EP) were prepared by a two-step inverse-suspension polymerization method. While it is known that the morphology of the resulting beads can be controlled by the ratio of EP versus PVA as well as by the pre-crosslinking time, the actual degree of crosslinking of the beads and their mechanical properties remain unknown. It is therefore the purpose of this study to evaluate the actual degree of crosslinking of beads prepared with different quantities of crosslinker in the feed by spectroscopic (Raman, nuclear magnetic resonance) and chemical (functional group loading) methods. The mechanical properties of these swollen PVA-EP beads will be evaluated by single-bead unconfined compression in solvents such as water, N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), and tetrahydrofuran (THF) and compared to model PS-DVB beads commonly used for solid phase synthesis.

青岗钾肥厂试车小结

为满足农业生产上对硫酸钾的需求，化工部上海化工研究院复肥所着重开发了硫铵转化法的生产工艺，并在推广过程中，针对操作工艺和设备上所存在的问题，继续探索，取得了新的结果。该技术已用于青岗钾肥厂万吨级硫酸钾生产装置。本文着重介绍了该装置在试车过程中所发生的问题及处理方法。
